Terms of Use

1. Parties

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between:

• Provider: ATINA 468 EOOD (АТИНА 468 ЕООД), Company ID 207922011, 18 Hristaki Pavlovich St., Sofia, Bulgaria ("С МИСЪЛ", "we", "us")
• User: any individual who registers or uses the platform edubgsense.com ("you", "user")

By using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Description of Service

С МИСЪЛ is an educational platform offering:

• Free: Learning materials, explanations and resources aligned with Bulgaria's Ministry of Education curriculum
• Paid: Interactive educational games by subject and grade
• For teachers: A game builder, class management, and homework assignment tools

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental/guardian consent
• You must provide accurate and complete information at registration
• Each user may have only one account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activities performed with your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at hello@edubgsense.com.

3.3 Parent Accounts

Parents may register children under 16 through a parent account. The parent is responsible for the child's use of the platform.

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

4.1 Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of payment if you have not used the paid access. To request a refund, contact hello@edubgsense.com.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All materials, games, design and content on the platform are owned by ATINA 468 EOOD and protected by copyright. The following are prohibited:

• Copying, distributing or selling content without written permission
• Using content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineering the games or platform features

5.2 Teacher-Created Content

Teachers retain copyright over the games they create. By publishing them on the platform, they grant ATINA 468 EOOD a royalty-free licence to display that content to platform users.

6. Code of Conduct

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Not post illegal, offensive or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to hack or compromise the platform's security
• Not use the platform for spam or advertising
• Not share account access with third parties
• Respect copyright when creating games

In case of violation, we reserve the right to terminate your account without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

С МИСЪЛ provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for:

• Temporary unavailability due to technical reasons
• Data loss due to circumstances beyond our control
• Users' learning outcomes
• Content created by teacher users

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months.

8. Account Termination

8.1 At Your Initiative

You may request account deletion at any time from your profile or by writing to hello@edubgsense.com. Data is deleted within 30 days.

8.2 At Our Initiative

We reserve the right to terminate an account for breach of these Terms, without refund of paid amounts.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent Bulgarian courts.

EU users may use the online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

10. Changes to These Terms

For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
